The smell of Lunar Flowers had lured me to the place. The wind whistled through my fur as I ran for what felt like days, but most likely hours- but now, I could see the road had come to an abrubt end and I was brought back to my senses. A cliff. I collapsed panting hard and I was cold and bone-weary. I'd taken off down so many trails in search of answers before and I was convinced that this one would be the last. The road that would lead to answers, a family- or my soul. There was nothing ahead off me but a fifty foot drop, but looking to the sky I could see the moon as round and shining as a wolf's eye.
For a moment, amongst the stars I could see a pack playing in golden fields, caribou and a blazing sun.
And then it all disappeared as quickly as it came.
Disheartened, I laid my head on my forepaws and stared into the night.
The sound of a broken twig soon brought me to attention again and I cocked my ear towards it. Something was approaching through a screen of night mist- I pressed my body closer to the ground and waited.

ooc: Just to let you know, most people on this site, due to using multiple characters, roleplay in third person. Just something you should practice in case you ever make a second character. bic: The mist of the lunar cliff held more awe and mystery then most places on earth. The mist swirled and danced in the glory of the full moon, taking the rough shapes of racing wolves, before dissipating into the moonlight. Was this just a trick of the eye? One such wolf, created from the mist and brought to life by the light of the reflected sun danced through the wolf that had come to the cliff, before it raised it's muzzle and howled a silent howl to the beautiful white orb in the night sky. Then it was gone, just as quickly as it had appeared.
